I have been purchasing cookbooks online for a long time, just searching for something simple to cook for dinner. I don't want to have to go out and get 6 different ingriedents for a recipe I will only make once. These recipes are made up of items I already have in my cupbaord. They are no fret. I made the Sausage Cassorole for breakfast it was a big hit. And simple altoghether took me about ten minutes. Also its nice to see a recipe that chances are I will be able to remember how to make without refering to the cookbook everytime. I think the 3.99 is well work it, the cost is less than a gallon of milk.

This book is for people who want easy regular home cooked meals. You will not find fancy recipes in this cookbook, just eeryday hearty meals. These recipes have been created within our household, mostly by mistake or out of frustration. These meals have passed the basic middle class hardworking mans idea of a sensible meal. I hope others enjoy. Why I wrote this cookbook- I moved to a new state four years ago. After raising my niece and nefew whom are grown now, I decided it was time for a fresh start with my 2 boys. I met my husband 3 years ago and now have 2 more children. My house is always full. Unfortunalty; the airfare for my 2 oldest children have become increasingly difficult to come up with, and it has been 2 years since I have seen them, even though technically not my own children my heart feels empty without them. This book was created to try to earn some honest airfare support money to get them to me. I only pray that it works and that someone out there finds a couple of these recipes as enjoyable as we do.
