Both Holly and Shabang are devastated by the separation and desperately hope to be reunited. As Holly works to find her horse, Shabang and Nitro are doing their best to stay alive in the harsh conditions of the Arizona desert.
SHABANG'S STORY is a quick read and can be very intriguing at parts. The one thing that bothered me, however, was the writing. At times, it seemed to slow the story down, especially with sentences that ended with double exclamation points (!!). But if you, like me, are able to get past these small things, you'll very much enjoy the book, whether you're a horse lover or not.
Told from the alternating views of both Shabang and Holly, this book tells of the adventure and love between a horse and girl.
